The Party Pump Starter Pack includes the Electric Party Pump that has three options for how many balloons to inflate. You can fill eight balloons, 16 balloons, or 40 balloons, depending on how many you need. The Starter Pack comes with 16. The balloons all come on special stems that fit onto the pump. If you want to separate the balloons, just peel them apart at the stems. Decorative ribbons are already attached.
