Description

According to an old legend, Antwerp owes its name to the Roman soldier Silvius Brabo. He cut off the hand of the terrible giant Druon Antigoon and threw it into the Scheldt. Hand Throwing became Antwerp. Believe it or not, the people of Antwerp have erected a statue for it! For more than a hundred years, Silvius Brabo has stood dead still in a throwing position on the Grote Markt. But fortunately the artist Fleroux has put an end to this situation with a wink: The hand is now finally thrown into the Scheldt! There are even more famous Antwerpers on the puzzle. You can see how the painter Rubens worked and you can also see a few contemporary Antwerp celebrities. And of course our regular guests Bob and Nancy are also present. You'll see what happens to them when you finish the puzzle!
