The Plymouth HEMI® 'Cuda was proclaimed as one of the most powerful machines of the muscle car era. Sheathed in the aerodynamic Plymouth® Barracuda body, this car was powered by the famous 426 HEMI® engine. 1971 was the last year that the engine was available and survivors today often sell for amounts reaching into six figures at car auctions. This lightweight machine was transformed into a ground-pounding street machine when powered by the 426-cubic-inch "Elephant Motor." 4-speed transmission is equipped with a pistol grip shifter, heavy-duty springs and suspension, and oversize performance tires mounted on special Ralleye Wheels.
