Description

The Porsche 935 was developed to win the manufacturer's world championship race for Group 5 racing cars that began in 1976, and won the championship that year. The following year, in 1977, it was sold to leading private teams and dominated the races along with the works machines. Among them, the Kremer Racing machine, whose main sponsor is Vaillant, a German manufacturer specializing in air conditioners and water heaters, has a powerful body with unique modifications and is equipped with an air-cooled horizontally opposed six-cylinder turbo engine that produces 670 horsepower. It is characterized by its bright cobalt green, Vaillant's corporate color, and the company's rabbit mascot mark placed on each part. In July of this year, it won the 8th round of the Manufacturers' World Championship, the 6 Hours of Hockenheim, beating the works machines. It also achieved great success, winning four races at the DRM (German Racing Car Championship) held in Germany. Among the many 935s operated by privateers, it attracted attention as one of the best.
