Hasegawa Scales Polishing Finish (Stainless) S (Size: 90mm X 200mm)
A specialized self-adhesive foil designed to work with plastic models and stands and to imitate the surface of a matte checker plate (also known as a tear plate) made of stainless steel with a spiral-shaped groove. It can be effectively applied in many ways, but it is recommended to apply the so-called the wet method with the use of water, a very small amount of dishwashing liquid and a suitable profiled modeling tool or a cotton swab. It is characterized by a very high degree of adhesion - including to curved or convex surfaces, regardless of the base color. The presented foil will work very well when creating coasters imitating a grooved plate, but also when working with dioramas or when finishing such modeling details: bumpers, body elements or trunks of passenger cars or trucks (especially in 1:32 scale).
